We offer an encyclopaedia for moderately large environments, such as cities or towns, individual trade or business environments, sports, artistic, and scientific environments, large companies, small national communities, etc. The concept of Encyclopaedia we offer is well exemplified by our 'Encyclopaedia Speleologica Practicorum' that is already in operation; this example shows how to use and operate the Encyclopaedia. Our offer includes the following services: 1) We will input the entire mechanism of the prospective Encyclopaedia, and design & build a web portal on a web server chosen by the client; or 2) We will input the entire mechanism of the prospective Encyclopaedia, and design & build a web portal on our own web server called 'MiĘKiNia Lab'; 3) We will frequently service the entire mechanism and solve problems as they arise; 4) We will develop a functional profile of the client's Encyclopaedia and present it on the web portal; 5) We will continuously manage and control the web portal; 6) We will supervise what entries are incorporated into the web portal of the client's Encyclopaedia according to the mutually agreed rules; 7) We will incorporate entries the client wants/needs pursuant to the mutually agreed principles; 8)We will make a preliminary survey into issues covered by the thematic range of the web portal, always pursuant to the mutually agreed principles;
- Documentation of Current Events and Phenomena
1) Photographic Documentation of objects that are not protected by law, patents, proprietary rights, etc.; 2)Facts-based Documentation of objects and phenomena that are not protected by law, patents, proprietary rights, etc.; 3) Drawing up documentation in the form of metric parameters except for documents that must be developed by officially qualified or certified entities; 4) Supervise the process of drawing up documentation in the form of metric data that must be developed by officially qualified or certified entities.

1) Survey (into a specific issue) based on the documents submitted; the survey can be either complete or partial, depending on the language of the documents, i.e. Polish, English, German, and Latin documents, as well as documents drawn up in the Cyrillic languages will be 100% surveyed (complete survey); the documents drawn up in languages using other than Latin alphabets will be partially surveyed (incomplete survey). The survey will be based on the formulas to be mutually agreed or as ordered by the client; 2) Excerpts (covering the agreed scope of issues) from documents submitted by the client, based on the formulas to be mutually agreed or as ordered by the client; 3) Organisation of documents submitted as ordered by the client or pursuant to the mutually agreed formula; 4) Compilation of documents submitted pursuant to the rule as ordered by the client or pursuant to the mutually agreed formula.
- Field Documentation
1) Find objects and documents based on the rules as ordered by the client or on the mutually agreed formulas; 2) Complete a Subject and/or Formal Survey for the purpose of finding objects and documents; 3) Complete a Subject and/or Formal Survey for the purpose of determining deficiencies, and/or inconsistencies referring to the objects and documents.
