This is sample ant build file to create standalone, working directly
from CD ROM Tomcat instance.

Download Tomcat 5.5.12 and log4j distributions, edit build.properties
and run ant.

Then simply copy your webapp's war files into newly created
tomcat/webapps directory and burn it on CD.

Linux/Unix users start Tomcat with start.sh/stop.sh scripts while
Windows users use launch.exe/stop.exe programs.

Windows launchers are not bullet proof, but recognizes default 
JDK 1.5 installations.
